Metrix Software Solutions – a number of IT implementation projects undertaken on their behalf across southern Africa.

Board effectiveness assessments
Ratings Africa – served as team member on several board effectiveness assessment assignments undertaken.

Business case development
Investigated, researched and developed numerous business cases for enterprises prior to launching new business initiatives, and for entrepreneurs planning to launch start-up business ventures.

Business plan development
Developed and documented corporate strategies and business plans for medium-sized enterprises, including the development of financial forecasts using spreadsheet tools.

Enterprise risk management framework
Served as a member of a team assigned to investigate, assess and develop an appropriate enterprise risk management framework for a large JSE-listed manufacturing group.

Independent assurance 
CA-Governance – served as team member engaged by a leading JSE listed group to provide independent assurance over certain key sustainability performance criteria published in its integrated reports.

Social and Ethics Committee of the board
City Power – member of a team assigned to develop a reporting framework which management could use to compile its report to the board’s social and ethics committee.

Risk-based internal audit framework
Served as a member of a team assigned to design, document and develop a risk-based internal audit framework for a JSE-listed group comprised of several operating divisions.
