Ben Pieters is the principal of the consultancy practice, which he established in 2011.

Practising as management consultants, he is recognised as an accomplished and seasoned practitioner, able to sort out difficult and troublesome projects. Challenging old ideas and conventional approaches at board and C-suite levels is constantly done.

Ben offers a successful track record spanning more than 27 years across numerous projects and consultative programs.  These included systems implementation, business change, IT technology and service delivery improvements.  

His peers say that he also has an entrepreneurial ability to design and establish new business operations within specific legislative frameworks.

He often writes about management consulting issues and risk & compliance matters facing the business sector.

Ben is a natural team player that enjoys new challenges and thrive in situations where structure and increased effectiveness is required. His tertiary qualifications & business experience and his strong planning skills  enabled him to manage implementation projects with ease.

He holds an honnours degree in accounting from UNISA.

Ben is a member of the Investment Analysts Society of SA and a chartered member of SAIBA.
