iXBRL submissions
Audited AFS in South Africa must be submitted to CIPC in iXBRL format only. You may not submit a FAS alternative. Details are covered in the newsletter issued by Talk2Us Advisory - our consulting division - at https://talk2us.net/library-of-previous-newsletters/
Audits of Public Schools
Sections 42 and 43 of the South African Schools Act, Act 84 of 1996, defines the requirements for all governing school bodies to maintain financial records, prepare annual financial statements, and to have these audited.
Beneficial Ownership
Every Company, Close Corporation, Co-operative and Trust is required by CIPC to annually submit to it a schedule of beneficial owners of such entity. These submissions form part of the annual return to be made within 30 days of the anniversary date of such entity. Details are covered in the newsletter issued by Talk2Us Advisory - our consulting division - at https://talk2us.net/library-of-previous-newsletters/
Governance, value creation and risk
