R3,500 pm plus VAT

Outline: Basic monthly retainer for services rendered for medium‐sized enterprises.

Limits: Turnover typically >R1m pa. Transactions >150 pm. Work done in excess of 250 transactions per month will be charged at R850/hr. monthly in arrears.

Deliverables: Bank account reconciled.  GL, payroll, and employees tax reports. Basic IQ Retail reports. Draftworx monthly management reports. Annual returns to CIPC filed.  AFS and tax return submitted to SARS.

Your accounting system is optionally available on a cloud-hosted platform for you to directly access (at an additional monthly fee), or hosted on our local area network at no additional cost.  You can at any time opt to move your accounting system from our local area network to the cloud.

Utilising the cloud-hosted option, we provide you with initial systems training to quickly get you and/or your staff fully acquainted.
